To report a profile, match, community or message, use Report inside the app. If you believe something is illegal rather than simply against our rules, use Report illegal content in Settings under Privacy & Safety — it is a separate route and we confirm receipt.

To exercise your rights under the GDPR, contact us using the routes above. You can also complain to the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD) in Portugal, or to the authority where you live.
